What is Roja Mail?

Roja Mail is a virtual mailbox service that allows you to receive, scan, and forward your physical mail securely and conveniently. Perfect for expats, travelers, and businesses operating in Spain.

When you sign up, you'll receive a dedicated Spanish address. Mail sent to this address is securely processed, and we notify you via email. You can choose to have your mail scanned, forwarded to a verified address, or securely stored.

Our services are available to individuals, businesses, and expats who need a reliable virtual mailbox in Spain.

In most cases, your virtual address is set up the same day you sign up. However, activation depends on how quickly you complete the required verification process, including providing valid ID and proof of address.

No, we do not accept, handle, or post any illegal or prohibited items. Additionally, we cannot accept mail that requires the recipient's own signature (e.g., registered mail or items requiring personal pickup or in-person ID verification). It is the customerโ€™s responsibility to ensure that mail sent to their virtual address complies with legal regulations.

Yes, we accept packages on your behalf. However, the contents must comply with all legal and postal regulations. Prohibited items and mail requiring a personal signature will not be accepted. Any items bigger than A4 must be agreed in advance, by emailing us at hello@rojamail.com

Mail that contains prohibited items or requires a recipientโ€™s personal signature will be rejected and returned to the sender.

Yes, you can switch your plan type at any time. Log in to your account dashboard, select the new plan youโ€™d like to switch to, and follow the prompts.
