What is Roja Mail?
Roja Mail is a virtual mailbox service that allows you to receive, scan, and forward your physical mail securely and conveniently. Perfect for expats, travelers, and businesses operating in Spain.
How does a virtual mailbox work?
When you sign up, you'll receive a dedicated Spanish address. Mail sent to this address is securely processed, and we notify you via email. You can choose to have your mail scanned, forwarded to a verified address, or securely stored.
Who can use Roja Mail?
Our services are available to individuals, businesses, and expats who need a reliable virtual mailbox in Spain.
How long does it take to set up my virtual address?
In most cases, your virtual address is set up the same day you sign up. However, activation depends on how quickly you complete the required verification process, including providing valid ID and proof of address.
What services does Roja Mail offer?
Mail Scanning: View scanned images of your mail online.
Mail Forwarding: Have your mail sent to a verified address.
Mail Storage: We securely store your mail for a limited period.
Do you accept all types of mail and packages?
No, we do not accept, handle, or post any illegal or prohibited items. Additionally, we cannot accept mail that requires the recipient's own signature (e.g., registered mail or items requiring personal pickup or in-person ID verification). It is the customerโs responsibility to ensure that mail sent to their virtual address complies with legal regulations.
Can I receive packages at my virtual mailbox?
Yes, we accept packages on your behalf. However, the contents must comply with all legal and postal regulations. Prohibited items and mail requiring a personal signature will not be accepted. Any items bigger than A4 must be agreed in advance, by emailing us at hello@rojamail.com
What happens to mail that cannot be accepted?
Mail that contains prohibited items or requires a recipientโs personal signature will be rejected and returned to the sender.
Can I switch my plan type or upgrade/downgrade my subscription?
Yes, you can switch your plan type at any time. Log in to your account dashboard, select the new plan youโd like to switch to, and follow the prompts. How do I set up my account?
Simply register on our website, provide your details, and complete the verification process, which includes submitting valid ID and proof of address.
Why is verification required?
Verification ensures compliance with Spanish postal regulations and guarantees the security of your account.
Can I use a different address for mail forwarding?
Yes, but mail forwarding is only available to verified addresses. You must complete the verification process for each forwarding address.
How much does the service cost?

Yes, mail forwarding fees depend on the size, weight, and destination of the mail. These costs will be displayed before forwarding.

- International: 10-15 business days
Can I track my forwarded mail?
