  • Termination by the User:
    You may cancel your account at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting us at hello@rojamail.com. No refunds will be issued for any unused subscription period unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy.

  • Effect of Termination:
    Upon termination:

    • Your access to the services will cease immediately.
    • All data associated with your account, including stored mail and digital scans, may be deleted.
    • You remain responsible for any outstanding payments or fees owed to Roja Mail.
